Meet The Owner
Paula Elizardo
Owner and Founder of Pure | headspa |, a luxury wellness-forward salon devoted to clean beauty and holistic care. A Master Hair Artist and Holistic Scalp Expert, Paula brings over two decades of experience and refined artistry to every detail of the Pure | headspa | experience.
She has completed advanced training in Color Theory at the Redken Exchange in New York City and is both a Certified Organic Way Hair Colorist and O&M Colorist.
Pure | headspa | is proudly the only salon in New England operating exclusively with European Union (EU)–standard organic products, setting a new standard for ingredient integrity and conscious luxury.
Paula believes scalp health is the foundation of beautiful hair and overall well-being. Her vision blends artistry, intention, and wellness — creating restorative experiences that are as elevated as they are deeply personal.

Amber Elizardo is the Co-Founder and a dynamic leader shaping the future of modern, holistic beauty. Dually licensed as a Cosmetologist and Aesthetician, Amber brings a refined, fashion-forward approach grounded in clean beauty and intentional care. Having grown up in the salon, Amber’s expertise is both intuitive and technically precise. She is deeply committed to exploring the cutting edge of holistic hair, skin, and scalp care, blending modern aesthetics with wellness-driven practices. Her work reflects a belief that beauty should be elevated, restorative, and ever-evolving.
Jen | Co-Stylist | Guest Experience
Jenn began her journey at Pure Headspa as the welcoming voice and heart of the front desk, ensuring every guest felt cared for from the very first call. After five years immersed in the salon environment she felt called to take her passion further. Now enrolled in cosmetology school and graduating in June 2026, Jenn has stepped confidently onto the salon floor as a Co-Stylist, already one step ahead through years of hands-on exposure and real-world experience. Her time at the front desk gave her a deep understanding of guest needs, communication, and service flow, a foundation that naturally supports her growth behind the chair.

Visits
In order to meet the high demand of our organic services at Pure |headspa| a credit card will be required on file at the time of booking online. In order to ensure your satisfying service at the headspa, we require a complimentary consolation prior to service date for new clients. Don't miss out, arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. We know you're busy so remember to schedule your next visit prior to leaving the |headspa|.
Can’t make it
We care for all our clients and our artists, please give a 48-hour notice for any cancellation. Canceled and ‘forgotten‘ appointments without a 48-hours notice will lead to 50% missed service charge to the credit card on file.
Returns
Any unopened retail returned within 7 days will be refunded fully to the original payment; otherwise opened retail may be exchanged for another product with in the 7 days (of equal value). |Ph| skincare and Laurel are only acceptable for return if unopened. If you are not completely satisfied with any service, please notify us within 7 days of the service date. You deserve to love every visit.
