In order to ensure your satisfying service at the headspa, we require a complimentary consolation prior to service date for new clients. We care for all our clients and our artists, please give a 48-hour notice for any cancellation. Canceled and ‘forgotten‘ appointments without a 48-hours notice will lead to 50% missed service charge to the credit card on file.
Any unopened retail returned within 7 days will be refunded fully to the original payment; otherwise opened retail may be exchanged for another product with in the 7 days (of equal value). |Ph| skincare and Laurel are only acceptable for return if unopened.
