In order to meet the high demand of our organic services at Pure |headspa| a credit card will be required on file at the time of booking online. In order to ensure your satisfying service at the headspa, we require a complimentary consolation prior to service date for new clients. Don't miss out, arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. We know you're busy so remember to schedule your next visit prior to leaving the |headspa|.
Can’t make it
We care for all our clients and our artists, please give a 48-hour notice for any cancellation. Canceled and ‘forgotten‘ appointments without a 48-hours notice will lead to 50% missed service charge to the credit card on file.
Eats
No worries, Pure |headspa| won't let you starve! If your service is 3 hours or more we will provide you with a complimentary lunch by local organic shops.
Returns
Any unopened retail returned within 7 days will be refunded fully to the original payment; otherwise opened retail may be exchanged for another product with in the 7 days (of equal value). |Ph| skincare and Laurel are only acceptable for return if unopened. If you are not completely satisfied with any service, please notify us within 7 days of the service date. You deserve to love every visit.
