Guests begin their CORE journey seated in Zero Gravity Mode, a position designed to relieve pressure on the spine while encouraging healthy circulation throughout the body. This gentle recline allows muscles to release tension and signals the body that it is safe to relax. It is a subtle shift, but one the body immediately recognizes.
Comfort That Grounds You
To deepen relaxation, guests are wrapped in our hand-knitted cotton weighted blanket. At 20 pounds, it provides a grounding sensation that feels like a gentle embrace — calming the nervous system while encouraging the body to settle into a deeper state of comfort. Heavy in the best way.

Frequently Asked Questions
Service Integration
The CORE Room experience is included with many of our salon and wellness services as part of our commitment to intentional care.
For guests receiving a Scalp Spa service, the CORE Room is not included as part of the standard experience, as those services already include extended relaxation rituals.
However, guests may add the CORE Sound Room experience at the end of their Scalp Spa treatment upon request for additional grounding and integration.

Can’t make it
Canceled and ‘forgotten‘ appointments will lead to 100% missed service charge to the credit card on file.
Returns
Any unopened retail returned within 7 days will be refunded fully to the original payment; otherwise opened retail may be exchanged for another product with in the 7 days (of equal value). If you are not completely satisfied with any service, please notify us within 7 days of the service date. You deserve to love every visit.
