The beauty industry has been my passion for more than 28 years. Over time, I’ve experienced both an industry and personal evolution - one I found I could no longer ignore. 

The majority of product lines offered in salons and at retail in the United States contain numerous harmful, noxious, and toxic chemicals with a high percentage of ingredients  formulated in them, banned across Europe and elsewhere in the world. This was no longer okay with me. 

While historically, I have used a number of these product lines with good results, I could no longer, in good conscience, continue doing so, knowing I could be contributing to impacting the health of my clients, my family, and myself. 

I was aware that clean-beauty product lines existed and were used across Europe, so in 2016, I began my research and committed to bringing them here to Southeastern Massachusetts.

At the time, alll I had heard locally and qualitatively was that clean, organic beauty products, while much healthier and sustainable as alternatives, did not produce comparable, lasting results when compared to the chemically-laden product lines used in salons across the US.

Thus began my extended search for an unparalleled product line that was safe, effective and sustainably produced. There had to be a better solution.

My clients deserved clean beauty, and I deserved to work in a clean, healthy environment! I was committed to learning more, and becoming a holistic headspa owner.

This, in a nutshell, is how Pure Headspa was born -  a spa-like salon with the highest standards, committed to clean, healthy excellence.
