The Scalp Spa Experience
Your experience begins with a moment to arrive. You’ll be welcomed into our space, where you can enjoy a thoughtfully prepared bubbly cocktail or mock-tail — a gentle transition into relaxation. From there, your Holistic Scalp Therapist will guide you into a private nook for an in-depth consultation.
You will then be brought into our whisper-only scalp spa room — a quiet, restorative space designed to calm the nervous system and deepen your experience. Here, your personalized treatment is performed using intentional techniques and Organic EU-standard formulations selected specifically for you.
At the end of the service, you’ll visually experience your results and receive a detailed report of your scalp health, along with recommendations to support your continued care.
The Salon Experience
For guests visiting us for salon services, your experience begins in our CORE Room — a guided nervous system reset designed to help you pause, breathe, and reconnect before your service begins.
From there, you are welcomed into our styling space where your Holistic Stylist will begin with a thoughtful consultation, ensuring every detail of your service is aligned with your goals and your hair’s needs.
You’ll then settle into our elevated hair bath ritual — a sensory moment designed to awaken and restore. Through intentional shifts between warmth and cooling water therapy, along with grounding touches like heated elements, the ritual unfolds in a way that both energizes the scalp and deeply relaxes the body.
Your visit concludes at our spa bar — where beauty meets community — with a curated beverage and seasonal offerings, allowing you to ease back into your day feeling refreshed, seen, and cared for.

Paula
Pure | headspa | was founded by Paula Elizardo, a Master Hair Artist and Holistic Scalp Expert with over two decades of experience. Paula completed advanced Color Theory training at the Redken Exchange and is a certified Organic Way (OWAY) and O&M Colorist. Her philosophy is simple: when you care for the foundation — the scalp and the soul — everything else follows. She created Pure | headspa | as a space where artistry, wellness, and intention meet delivering a world-class experience that is both elevated and deeply personal.
Amber
Through what felt like a series of crazy twists and turns in life, I finally decided to pursue my true passion and follow in the footsteps of my mother and grandmother - becoming a third generation cosmetologist. I am dual licensed, as an esthetician and cosmetologist, and have never been more convinced that I’m doing what I was made to do!
My journey in the industry began with my curiosity toward eyelash extensions and blossomed into a multi-faceted skill set; including waxing, hair coloring techniques, haircutting, special event and film makeup application, scalp treatments, and skincare. I have also spent countless hours outside of basic education to gain an extensive knowledge of various hair conditions, products, and treatments. I consider myself a fun-loving person and I truly seeks to pursue a holistic approach with each client I cross paths with - my goal is that my love for people and making them feel good shines through every appointment.

Jenn began her journey at Pure Headspa as the welcoming voice at the front desk, ensuring every guest felt cared for from the moment they connected with us. After five years immersed in the salon environment, learning the rhythm of guest care and service, she felt called to step onto the salon floor.
Currently enrolled in cosmetology school and graduating in June 2026, Jenn now serves as a Co-Stylist and Scalp Spa Therapist, bringing both hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the guest journey. Her warm presence, dedication to learning, and passion for holistic care allow her to deliver thoughtful, elevated experiences to every client she serves.
